Ben came out to YU through an internship, before finishing his time in university at the Laurentian Leadership Centre in Ottawa. However, he was left with the ‘YU itch’ – being inspired by the work of the youth workers and the transformation of youth, he just couldn’t stay away. He’s been touched time and time again by the stories of our youth workers in schools, in their programs, and even just on the street.
Ben loves to hike, play spike ball, and follow any manner of sports. Ben loves to connect with people about the things he cares about most – the planet, the youth we’re serving, and the Vancouver Canucks.
