Genevieve Walker

Genevieve has always loved all things creative! As a child, she would wake up early to create, working on her many creative projects – whether it was drawing, painting, playing music, or building something, creating was what Genevieve loved most, which has remained unchanged to this day! 

With her Bachelor of Social Work, Genevieve has worked alongside children, young people and families in different capacities over the past six years. “God has called me to work along side people,  especially those in vulnerable and complex situations.” 

A part of Genevieve’s creative output is her photography. At the beginning of her social work degree, Genevieve began photographing weddings, engagements and families. Photography has been a creative outlet and a phenomenal self-care tool for her.

It is second nature that Genevieve join the Creative Life team. Genevieve is excited to combine her two greatest passions: working alongside young people and creating art. She is excited to see how creating art breaks down barriers and brings the community together.
