Why Aidan Rettich is Sleeping Outside

I'm sleeping outside this year for only my third time, meanwhile in our home communities youth are left with no choice but to risk their safety night after night. I have personally experienced and witnessed the revolutionary impact of Youth Unlimited's relational approach to building essential skills and resources into kids and teenagers who, without the support of trained youth outreach workers like YU staff, are often at risk of experiencing homelessness, addiction, gang recruitment and sexual exploitation. By helping me to reach my personal fundraising goal, you are directly facilitating the preventative measures that Youth Unlimited (and I) strive towards putting in place.
