Known as Lifeteam’s ‘fearless leader’, Rob is responsible for the one-on-one mentorship with the guys, leading the adventure and outreach component, and supervising ministry placements. At YU Lifeteams School of Outreach, Rob uses his 25 years of youth work experience as a family counsellor, drug and alcohol counsellor, hockey coach, and friend; working in group homes, schools, and drop-ins. Rob has been married for 21 years to the same wife and has two boys, Sasha and Eli.
